We deliver within Switzerland, to Liechtenstein, and to all EU countries.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

Free shipping:

• Switzerland & Liechtenstein on orders over CHF 65

• EU countries on orders over EUR 65

For orders below these amounts, shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery times are:

• Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 1–2 business days

• EU countries: 3–7 business days

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays or high demand.

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable shipping partners including Swiss Post and DHL. Depending on the order and delivery location, we reserve the right to select the most suitable carrier to ensure fast and safe delivery.

EU orders are dispatched from our German warehouse — therefore no customs fees or import taxes apply for EU customers.

After dispatch you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt by email, including photos of the damage if possible. We will find a solution together.
