TUFO - welcome to the world of fine truffle flavors and fantastic dining experiences.

Who does not love the truffle-infused dishes in Italy and France, and or hearty grilled food, such as American barbecue dinners with seasoned meats, potatoes and above all, a smokey Texas Beef Brisket or New York Strip Steak (aka Entrecote).  

Back in 2020 it occurred to me that I had never come across a Sauce that comes laden with truffle scents and fragrance, that can hold its own when drizzled over barbecued meat. The combination of chili spice (i.e. heat) and truffle is also uncommon - but in our kitchen we made it work. 

And so the TUFO Truffle Hot Sauce was born. A creamy, well-seasoned truffle sauce, that also packs  some chili heat.
